These terms apply to enquiries, functional testing orders, and purchases made through Naturopathy by Randa.

Practitioner-led testing

Functional tests sold through this website are practitioner-led. The price includes the laboratory test and practitioner interpretation. Randa will contact you after checkout with the next steps for payment, kit arrangements, timing, and report interpretation.

Offline payment

While online payments are being finalised, checkout uses an offline payment process. Submitting an order records your request. Randa will contact you to confirm payment details before the test process begins.

Prices and tax

Prices are listed in Australian dollars. No GST or tax is currently applied to sales under the simplified tax system direction.

Orders, changes, and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Randa as soon as possible. Refunds or changes may be limited once a kit has been arranged, dispatched, used, or submitted to the laboratory.

Turnaround times

Any stated turnaround times are estimates and may depend on kit delivery, sample collection, laboratory processing, and reporting timeframes.
